Well, yesterday at our little woodcarving group I took along the blank I’d cut out from that sketch and here is what I ended up with! Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. One thing I found out long ago is that working from a sketch, photo, etc, makes the job a whole lot easier. Now all I have to do is figure out what to do with that neat looking head!
