Growing up I was always fascinated by the Willie & Joe cartoons, drawn by Bill Mauldin during World War 2. While the cartoons were certainly funny they also conveyed true hardships of the common soldier back then. I hope you approve and enjoy my interpretation of his work. Comments always welcome.
