This is a piece I’m currently working on for a collector. With the base he stands at 15″. It should be pretty impressive once the color is added…..at least I hope so. While he might not be in the Old West era I normally work in it is still fun to do something a little different occasionally. Hopefully, once he’s off the table, I can get back to figuring out what to do with those three horses standing behind him. They’ve been tied up back there for over a year.

I know the finished carving will be fantastic looking……and I too wondered about the horses in the back ground? Those 3 nags should keep ya busy for some time as you create a carving around them.
