“Finally got Charlie off the paint table and in front of the camera.  I think he turned out great.  Really like the robe designs.  They are a combination of several I found through research the web and in the books I have on hand.   He looks pretty regal to me.    This is a good example of where the painted details almost take over the difficulty in carving the figure.”

He’s a great piece of work so I’ve included lots of photos.

Hope your like him and your comments are always appreciated

I might be a little man in a big world but on our 30 acres I'm the one in charge when the wife's not around!

What can I say that someone else has already said on all your carvings absolutely fantastic work both carving and the way you paint like I said fantastic. I’ve been carving for about a year and some change I quit for about six months because of a tramatic lose of a loved one. Any way would you think about doing a figure with a full beard I was a logger but due to heart problems not no more work n the woods I love to carve after finding out about your way of carving I have decided to go in to your stiel of carving thank you for all you do for the carving community can’t wait for your next project
