Just a few words to wrap up this project….I think we accomplished what we set out to do, i.e., produce a carving of a wiry character from the old west. I hope you agree. As always, comments are welcome. Now, on to the next project.

I might be a little man in a big world but on our 30 acres I'm the one in charge when the wife's not around!

Love it! I have been following you over the years and find your work to be so unique and fun. Please, please let me know when you are selling again, especially the mountain men.
Thanks for the video!
It is always amazing how you can found this figure in the Wood.
I hope that I soon will be able to buy some new carving from you – I am saving up!
Another masterpiece! I watch your videos from start to finish and enjoy every minute. I think you should make a vid showing the painting of the cook next. Btw..spiffy shoes ! 🙂
Please keep doing the vids. i know you think we get bored watching them but that is not the case, we love watching a talented person work and w get a lot of tips from watching a listening.
The Skinner came out terrific. Really like the dark tones contrasting with the beaded hat band and feather. Please video when you paint the chuck wagon cook. Thanks to you both for sharing your art and expertise.
I really look forward to your carvings and have enjoyed countless hours watching. If you do a video on painting the cook next, could you show or describe how you get the very small details and words on the aprons like you have done on previous cravings.
Love your carvings and how well you describe how and why you do go through each step. I think I’ve watched all your videos at least 2x. I have to admit, I was concerned about you since you haven’t posted anything in a while. Anyway, good to see you and Judy back at it. Keep them coming!!
All the best!
This project was great as always. Regarding the camp cook, it would be great to have a video of painting him as there will be a lot of detail to see how you do that.
Thanks for the great videos.
I try to watch all of your videos. I learn so much. I consider you the master carving painter so if you find it within you, please share a video of carving the camp cook. I think it will add the level of difficulty that will be very helpful to follow.
Really love the finished look of The Skinner! I agree with you … your shoes do look spiffy with the “new” polish. 😀 Mmmmmmm a breakfast biscuits and gravy is wonderful. Yummy Good!
Yes, I would really like to see a video of you painting your new Chuckwagon Cook carving.
A couple of years ago I watched your video on how to carve the coffee pot and it would be really good to see one sometime on how you carve the pot of beans.
Masterpiece…but we have come to expect nothing less from you and Judy…curious why didn’t you coat the feather with polyurethane or did you do that off camera and don’t you think a lighter base would have enabled people to see the great colors in the neckerchief better. Yes…yes and yes another video please, I could watch you polish your shoes and learn something, sorry Judy more camera work ahead….thank you both for sharing!!!
Mr Lynn your carvings are awesome iam a beginner carver about 11/2 year now just small figures . Each time I watch you carve it gives me a goal and the drive to continue I hope to see more soon thank you for the wonderful work you do and a special shout out to Judy for her camera work

I second the notion of a paint video on the cook. You have such a unique style and what you are creating is truely inspirational.
Your work is an inspiration for me! Thank you! Would love to see a video series on the cook you showed!
Best regards!
