Painting Big Bear – Wrapping Things Up!

Painting Big Bear – Wrapping Things Up!

Well, I must say….This one turned out a lot better than I thought it would.  When planning a figure with a lot of individual parts there is always a worry that something won’t fit.  In this case it was the limited number of Bear Claws as a normal neckless has many more than there are here.  I’ve put an example of this in the photos below.  Even though there are no way near as many as in the photo the few that are on the carving look pretty good. You can click on those thumbnails to see a larger image.

So, I consider the carving a success and once the name plate is attached it will move over to the Out West Gallery. I’ve also attached Part 5 of this series which completes the project.  As always, your comments are welcome and appreciated.

I might be a little man in a big world but on our 30 acres I'm the one in charge when the wife's not around!
